Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

We offer a full refund where:

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The item is faulty or damaged (photo evidence required)

  • We are unable to provide an exact size exchange in the same style

We accept change of mind returns for store credit only, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Photo evidence is supplied

We accept size exchanges where:

  • The item is unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Stock is available in the requested size

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly through sunsetparkshoes.com.au.


How to Lodge a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@sunsetparkshoes.com.au or via our website contact form within 14 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos where applicable

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Once received and inspected, refunds or store credits are processed within 3–7 business days.


Refund & Credit Options

  • Incorrect or faulty items:
    Full refund to original payment method + return label provided

  • Change of mind or size:
    Store credit plus $10 credit to assist with return shipping

  • Unavailable size exchange:
    Full refund issued if the exact style and size cannot be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale unless faulty)

  • Worn, damaged, altered, or used items

  • Shoe accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons)


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our end.
A $10 store credit is provided for eligible repurchases.
